Benjamin Amoruso

Benjamin Amoruso is the International Product and Marketing Director at ADEO, where they lead the brand's international private label kitchen initiatives and have significantly expanded operations and customer satisfaction since 2020. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Director for LVMH's Perfumes and Cosmetics Division in Spain and Portugal, where they implemented critical HR systems and strategies. Benjamin also held various roles at Leroy Merlin, managing product portfolios and store operations, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills throughout their career. They earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School.
