Faustine Coutelier

Faustine Coutelier currently serves as the Campus Management Lead at ADEO, having previously held the role of Campus Management Officer and Chargée de projets in the same organization. Responsibilities include overseeing Campus operations, defining strategy, managing school relations, and organizing student events. Prior to ADEO, Faustine worked at ARPEGE Formation as Chargée de missions RH, focusing on training and digital initiatives, including recruitment and certification processes. Earlier experience includes administrative and support roles at CAP HABITAT. Faustine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EFFICOM, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Project Management from IUT Valenciennes-Cambrai-Maubeuge, and a BTS in Management Assistance from Notre Dame de Grâce - Maubeuge.
