Fedja Dautovic is the Global Head of Ethics at ADEO, where they lead the company's Ethics & Compliance program in the home improvement sector. With over 15 years of experience in various industries, Fedja has demonstrated expertise in designing compliance programs, conducting international investigations, and managing third-party due diligence. They previously worked as a Senior Manager at EY, focusing on anti-fraud and anti-bribery initiatives, and began their career as a trainee at both Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking and L'Oreal. Fedja holds a Master's degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
