Fernanda Beltrame

Fernanda Beltrame is currently the Head of Pricing & Commercial Animation at ADEO. They have previously held various roles, including Gerente de Pricing e Projetos and Diretora de Pricing, Planejamento Comercial e Projetos at Leroy Merlin, where they led multiple teams to optimize pricing strategies and enhance commercial planning. Fernanda's career began with roles in finance and project management at companies such as Natura and Leroy Merlin Brasil, along with leadership experience at AIESEC. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal da Bahia and a Postgraduate MBA in Strategic Retail Management from ESPM.
