Florence Bodart

Florence Bodart serves as the Sourcing Manager for the Western Europe Furniture department at ADEO since September 2021, focusing on creating value for the company through supplier coaching, operational excellence, and KPI management. Prior experience includes roles as Head Buyer and Corporate Social Responsibility leader for Auchan Retail, with responsibilities ranging from strategic development in the underwear department to implementing social responsibility initiatives in the textile sector. Additional experience includes various purchasing and supply chain roles at companies such as VERYWEAR and PROMOD. Florence holds a Master's Degree in Business and International Negotiations from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, along with management training and specialized negotiation qualifications. Florence also undertook a family world tour project lasting six months prior to joining ADEO.
