Julien Ettel has extensive experience in data management and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Global Head of Onboarding Data & AI at ADEO since December 2010. Julien leads efforts to develop a data-driven culture across ADEO's Digital Platform for PRO, overseeing data management, AI integration, and analytics. In collaboration with Google, Julien acts as stream leader for certification and learning initiatives. Prior roles at ADEO include Data Advocate and Service Delivery Manager, where Julien managed IT collaboration across several countries. At Capgemini, Julien led an IT team and handled project management before transitioning into full-stack development earlier in the career. Julien holds an MIAGE degree from the University of Lille 1 and a DUT Informatique from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
