Julien Ignaszewski

Julien Ignaszewski is an experienced Learning Project Manager at ADEO since September 2021, overseeing a team of three and spearheading the establishment of an apprenticeship training center and corporate training organization. Prior to this role, Julien served as Directeur de Projet TechShop at Leroy Merlin from September 2009 to October 2021, where responsibilities included the creation of a new business division based on a U.S. concept, site management, and the development of higher education training programs. Earlier experience includes positions such as Responsable formation at Learning Tribes China and Directeur Associé at ISCG Paris, focusing on establishing training organizations and managing educational projects. Julien also has a background in personalized training program development as Directeur de Département formation at IFIP FORMATION. Julien holds an IEP degree from Sciences Po Lille.
