Marie Bourgot

Marie Bourgot is a seasoned project leader currently working at ADEO since May 2023, focusing on enhancing the experience of partner artisans through the implementation of ADEO HOME SERVICES. Prior to this role, Marie served as the Head of Major Accounts at the Chambre de Métiers et de l'Artisanat Hauts-de-France, where responsibilities included supporting large enterprises with apprenticeship and continuous training initiatives. Marie has also held various project coordination roles, including managing the SKOLA integration program at Apprentis d'Auteuil and supporting recruitment and training initiatives at the Maison de l'emploi de Lille. With a solid foundation in human resources from positions at DUCATILLON and Ingeus France, and a business degree from Rise Business School, Marie has consistently contributed to the development and support of training and employment programs across various organizations.
