Nicolas Leconte

Nicolas Leconte serves as the Head of Operations & Engineering at ADEO since January 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing operational strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Head of Software Engineering at ADEO, focusing on strategic technological vision, software development processes, and continuous improvement plans. Prior experience includes roles as a Cloud Architect at SFEIR and La Mobilery, where expertise in cloud architecture and CI/CD practices was demonstrated. Nicolas also has a long history with Aidel, holding various positions including IT Consultant and Lead Developer, alongside earlier experience as an Analyst Programmer at Caterpillar Inc. Nicolas holds a DUT in Informatique from IUT2 Grenoble.
