Paul Thanasack is an experienced professional in user experience design and education, currently serving as an Author at Design Sparring since May 2025 and as Head of UX for both AI & new technologies and Product digital platform at ADEO since January 2021. With a strong background in leading UX teams, Thanasack has overseen the digital transformation initiatives at ADEO and previously worked as a Lead UX Designer for Capgemini and Leroy Merlin. Additionally, Thanasack co-founded OneJitsu, a mobile app for Jiu-Jitsu enthusiasts, and has delivered valuable UX education to graduate students at ISTC since March 2019. Thanasack holds a Master’s degree from ISTC and has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, alongside studies in Economics, Marketing, and Geopolitics from Sogang University.
