Nathan Searle

Nathan Searle is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in transforming and growing global P&Ls, specializing in corporate strategy and leadership development. They have successfully managed a $3.5 billion portfolio and a $20 billion portfolio in corporate strategy development, alongside extensive digital solutions and operational excellence. Currently, Nathan serves as Chair and Director at Adeption, focusing on digitally enabled leadership development, and holds the position of Head of Strategy at Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd. They are also pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of Canterbury, having previously completed the Company Director's Course at the Institute of Directors New Zealand.
