Additionally, Shannon is a Keynote Speaker at Keynotes for Leaders, where they inspire and educate audiences through powerful presentations. As the Founder of Integrated Leadership Consulting LLC, Shannon has a strong background in leadership development. Previously, Shannon worked as a Research Analyst and Senior Research Assistant at the Center for Creative Leadership, focusing on understanding leadership challenges and behaviors. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
