Currently serving as the Director of Digital Commerce at Bath & Body Works, McGuire has previously held advisory roles and leadership positions in various companies, including Adeptmind and JOANN Stores. Prior to these roles, McGuire contributed significantly to Soma as the Director of Digital Commerce and held multiple positions focusing on planning within the digital commerce space. McGuire also has a strong background in merchandise planning from tenure at Lane Bryant, where roles included Senior Merchandise Planner and Merchandise Planner.
