Dawn West

Dawn West is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT staffing and recruiting. Currently serving as Vice President of Recruiting & Operations at AdeptSource since February 2006, Dawn manages business operations and leads recruiting, account management, and consultant management for large corporate clients. Prior experience includes working as a Resource Manager at INT Technologies from June 2004 to February 2006, where recruitment focused on IT professionals for Fortune 50 clients. Additionally, Dawn co-established the AJILON Phoenix District office and served as Sr Technical Recruiting Manager from August 1988 to June 2004, consistently ranking in the top 10% of revenue-producing Technical Recruiters nationwide. Dawn holds a B.A. in Spanish/Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Information Systems, Computer Programming from Computer Learning Center.
