Eric Brinkley, MBA has an extensive work experience in the gaming and esports industry. From 2010 to 2022, they have held various roles in different companies. In 2010, they were an Associate Project Manager at NHN USA. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Thermaltake Technology in various roles, including Product Manager, Global eSports Coordinator, and E-Sports & Community Manager. From 2014 to 2017, they were Product Manager at ESL - Turtle Entertainment. During this period, they were responsible for creating scopes of work and project budgets with client input, managing project budgets and expenses, developing project strategy, and more. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Event Producer at Electronic Arts (EA). In 2019, they joined FACEIT Ltd as Director of Programs, where they co-led the FACEIT Media organization and oversaw product management, tournament operations, creative direction, procurement, and business development. In 2021, they became Director, Gaming & Esports Partnerships at Rally, where they specialized in web3 integrations, social token and NFT program development, and cross-platform product development. Currently, they are Senior Vice President - Head of Business Development at Ader.

Eric Brinkley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Santa Clara University, which they earned between 2019 and 2021. Eric also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from California State University - East Bay, which they earned between 2005 and 2010.
