Jonathan Flig

Jonathan Flig, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Business Transformation and AI at Aderant since October 2025. Previously, Jonathan held roles at Kimberly-Clark as a Program Manager in the Transformation Office, where over $360M in value was delivered by aligning global initiatives with enterprise priorities, and as a Global Program Manager for SAP Transformation, delivering $37M+ through a successful SAP S/4HANA deployment. Jonathan's experience includes a senior consultant role at Cognizant, preserving $2B in tax credits during post-merger integration and generating $25M in annual savings for a client. At Georgia-Pacific LLC, Jonathan evaluated over $400M in capital projects and secured more than $35M in annual partnership revenue. Jonathan’s career began at Cumulus Media, generating over $2M in revenue through optimized digital campaigns. Jonathan holds an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
