Karen Ross

Karen Ross offers more than 30 years of experience in Accounting and Finance to Aderant. Having held senior management positions within privately owned software companies and international technology corporations, coupled with a Big 4 public accounting firm background, she possesses a wealth of expertise and industry knowledge.

Ross served as Global Controller at Aderant beginning in 2012, and oversaw the financial maintenance, operations and compliance as the company progressed from private equity to public ownership. Her vision, initiative and analytical acumen ensured a seamless transition and audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Prior to Aderant, Ross worked as Director of Finance for Ventyx, an ABB company; Controller at New Energy Associates, a division of Siemens; and as an Auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ross graduated with honors from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and holds a Certified Public Accountant License.
