Paul Brown

Paul Brown has extensive experience in customer support and management within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Support at Aderant, Paul previously held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Client Support at LINQ and Vice President of Customer Care at ATN, where Paul successfully centralized customer support operations. Other notable positions include Call Center Director at Verizon, where Paul established a significant contact center for former Alltel customers, and Chief Executive Officer of Islandcom Wireless, which focused on enhancing profitability and subscriber growth. Paul holds a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
