Adesse Health is building the AI companion for the days between therapy sessions.

Therapy happens once a week, but patients carry their mental health every day. Adesse helps patients reflect, track mood, prepare for sessions, and stay supported between appointments. With consent, those moments become meaningful context for therapists, helping them see patterns, progress, and risks that are usually missed.

We are not replacing therapy. We are making it more continuous, more informed, and more present.
