Thomas Reimer

Thomas Reimer has extensive experience in the field of CRM and customer experience management. Thomas has worked as the Vice President of CXM Solutions at adesso SE since December 2021, where they are responsible for solutioning, business development, and consulting in customer experience and relationship management services. Prior to this role, Thomas served as the Head of CX/CRM Solutions at adesso SE from February 2013 to November 2021.

In addition to their work at adesso SE, Thomas also has experience in academia, having worked as the Subject Lead for CRM and Customer Intelligence at the International School of Management in Germany since January 2018.

Before joining adesso SE, Thomas held roles at Microsoft as an Enterprise Sales and Business Development Manager, and as a Technical Sales Lead in Integration and BPM. Thomas also worked as the Business Unit Manager for CRM and Integration at CGI and as a Project Manager for ERP at Infor. Thomas began their career as an ERP Manager at Possehl Electronics.

Thomas Reimer earned a Diploma in Information Management from AKAD between 1997 and 2001. Thomas later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and E-Business from Nordakademie, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.
