Leon Groot Obbink

Leon Groot Obbink is a Senior Product Designer at Adevinta, contributing since July 2021 following the merger with eBay Classifieds Group. Prior to this role, Leon served as a Senior Product Designer at eBay Classifieds Group from July 2018 to September 2021 and held various design positions at Hike One, including UX Designer and Interaction Designer from February 2017 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes interaction design roles at Liberty Global, and a graduate project at TU Delft focusing on e-ticketing in public transport, collaborating with notable organizations in the sector. Leon started career development as a Design Research Intern at Liberty Global during a collaborative master project. Educationally, Leon holds a Master of Science in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology, along with an exchange semester at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
