Nicolas Poletti

Nicolas Poletti has extensive work experience in roles related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments, and Investment Banking. Nicolas is currently the VP M&A & Investments at Adevinta, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the VP Mergers & Acquisitions at Adevinta from March 2020 to October 2022. Nicolas also served as a Board Member at Grupo OLX starting in July 2023. Before joining Adevinta, Nicolas worked at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director and Vice President in the Media & Communications Investment Banking division from 2015 to 2020. Nicolas also had a role as an Associate at Cinven in their TMT Private Equity department from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Nicolas worked at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in the Media & Communications Investment Banking division from 2007 to 2010 and as a Summer Analyst in Investment Banking from July to August 2006. Nicolas began their career at Vivendi as a Project Manager in Strategy & Development from January to May 2006 and also worked at Rothschild as an Analyst in Global Financial Advisory from July to December 2005.

Nicolas Poletti completed their education with a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Finance from HEC Paris. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Masséna in Nice for Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles de Commerce. Nicolas also obtained a Scientific Baccalauréat from Lycée Stanislas in Cannes.
