Raed Tarrab has a diverse work experience across multiple organizations. Raed is currently employed at Adevinta as the IT Portfolio Performance Lead since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Adevinta as an IT Project Manager for Central Functions from February 2021 to September 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, Raed worked at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in various roles. Raed served as an Information Technology Project Manager, leading HR and finance automation projects involving the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, payroll solutions, and automation of travel expenses and invoice management. Raed also held the position of Talent Acquisition and Selection Coordinator, where they led and managed the selection team, designed and revised the selection process.

Raed worked as a Guest Lecturer at NOHA International Association of Universities from March 2018 to May 2020.

Additionally, Raed obtained certifications in Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe Agilist Certification from the Agile Certification Academy in September 2022 and December 2023, respectively.
