Florian Thieg

Florian Thieg is an Associate Partner at AdEx Partners, where they utilize extensive experience in management consultancy and operational excellence. They previously held significant roles at NÜRNBERGER Versicherung, including Leitender Angestellter / Prokurist and Abteilungsleiter, and also served as a Manager/Prokurist at EY. Florian began their career as a Consultant at Capgemini Consulting and advanced to Principal at Capco. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Western Illinois University while holding a Diplom-Kaufmann from Universität Bayreuth.
