Lucy Grant currently serves as Chief of Staff at Adfin since May 2025. Previously, Lucy held the role of Business Development & Strategy Director at Tink from September 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included new sales in strategic accounts and the overall go-to-market strategy for the Payments vertical. Lucy also launched Tink's GTM in the US during a prior position as Business Development & Strategy Lead. At Bain & Company from September 2018 to September 2022, Lucy progressed from Associate Consultant to Consultant, alongside a secondment as Commercial Associate at Cleo in 2021. Lucy's early career includes an internship at CDC Group plc. Additionally, Lucy was a member of the Senior Women's Performance Squad at England Lacrosse from 2014 to 2022, where achievements included being a two-time European Champion and earning over 30 caps. Lucy holds a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Durham University (2013-2016).
