Puraskar Ingale

Puraskar Ingale has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Puraskar began their career as a Research Assistant at Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering and Technology, where they led research teams and worked on various projects. Puraskar then interned at Serum Institute of India Limited, focusing on process and product development.

Ingale then worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA) and South Texas Veterans Health Care, where they managed vendor negotiations, led marketing plans, and supported the Center Director in grant submissions. Puraskar also served as a Research Fellow at the Foundation for Advancing Veterans Health Research, providing consulting services in clinical research.

Puraskar also earned a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Biotechnology from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2009 and 2011. In 2020, Puraskar obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Analytics - Machine Learning from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Biotechnology from Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering & Technology in 2008. Puraskar recently completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management - Agile Lean from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Gibco® Cell Culture Basics Certification from Thermofisher Scientific in 2016, Responsible Research Conduct certification from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2011, and a Certificate in college teaching with Distinction from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2009. Puraskar also holds a German Certificate Gold Medal from Nagpur University in 2008 and a certification in Gene cloning techniques from the Institute of Biosciences and Molecular Biology in 2006.
