Shawn Murphy

Shawn Murphy has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry, holding various senior-level roles focused on sales, strategy, and solutions. Shawn started their career in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General as a Special Agent, specializing in investigating Medicaid fraud. In 2006, they joined ValuAmerica as a Director and Corporate Officer, eventually becoming President. From 2013 to 2019, they co-founded and served as President of ValuEscrow. In 2015, they joined Radian as an SVP, National Account Manager, and later moved on to Valuation Connect, LLC, where they held roles in sales, strategy, and appraisal operations. Most recently, they worked at ADFITECH, Inc. and Mortgage Connect, LP in similar senior-level positions focused on sales and strategy within the mortgage capital markets division.

Shawn Murphy attended Bowling Green State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice. Shawn also obtained additional certifications as a Notary Public from the State of Ohio in November 2012 and as a Notary Signing Agent from the National Notary Association in 2014. Additionally, they completed the Radian Leadership Foundations Program at The Wharton School, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
