Torben Munch

Torben Munch has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 30 April 2019 and currently works as advisor and non-executive advisor to Private Equity companies. Besides the Adform chairmanship, he is Chairman of the Board for Vizrt. Vizrt is a global tech company servicing Broadcasters, Sports clubs andarenas, digital publishers and E-sports with cool tools for capturing, editing and rendering video. Torben Munch also serves as Chairman of the Board for Conscia. Conscia is an IT Infrastructure company specializing in network design, implementation & installation and Network Management. Past Non-executive roles include Chairman of Equipos Ltd, Member of the Board of TIA Technology and Traen.

Torben Munch was the CEO of Itiviti Group AB from 2012 to January 2019. The company is a global market leader in trading technology for listed instruments and provides electronic trading solutions to customers ranging from proprietary trading and market making firms to banks and brokers. Before that Torben Munch was Executive Vice President, COO, of SimCorp A/S. Simcorp develops, implement, services and sells SimCorp Dimension, a worldclass product for Investment Managers worldwide.

Torben Munch holds a masters in Economics (Cand. Polit.) from The University of Copenhagen.
