Tom Blades

Tom Blades has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Associate Director and Project Manager at ADG Engineers since August 2021. Previously, Tom held the position of Project Engineer at Baker Rossow Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd, where the role involved full-time secondments to the South Burnett Regional Council and Toowoomba Regional Council. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Senior Technical Officer and Project Manager at ATC Engineers & Project Managers, also seconding to South Burnett Regional Council. Early career highlights include a Technical Officer contract at DSQ Land Surveyors and a Technical Officer role at RMA Engineers, featuring a diverse focus on civil, structural, hydraulics, and building services. Education was attained at Southern Cross University and St Joseph's College in Toowoomba.
