Tim Gregor is a seasoned professional in the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at ADG Partners since May 2023, where advisory services focus on transaction and growth strategy for private equity firms and corporate clients. Prior to this, Tim co-founded and held the position of Senior Partner at Astralum, LP from April 2021 to May 2023. Tim's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at CSP Associates from 2002 to 2021 as Senior Managing Director, leading numerous commercial diligences and growth strategy engagements. Earlier in Tim's career, analysis work was performed for the U.S. Government from 1999 to 2002. Tim holds a Master of Arts in National Security Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service, with a focus on Diplomacy and International Security, both from Georgetown University.
