Steve Hammond has a comprehensive background in training and health and safety management, with extensive experience spanning several decades. Steve served in HM Forces from September 1984 until March 2008, attaining the rank of WO1 MPF. Following this, Steve worked as a Health and Safety Consultant at FLOOD PARTNERSHIP LIMITED from March 2008 to March 2012, where responsibilities included conducting site inspections, training, and accident investigations. From March 2012 to February 2024, Steve held the position of H&S Trainer at Anderson Group and continued as a Training Manager at both MACL since November 2024 and ADGL since March 2012.
