Ronnie Stander is an experienced User Experience Lead with a strong background in the banking industry. Previously, they held roles such as Lead UX and Digital Team Lead and Service Delivery Manager at Old Mutual Finance, where they managed agile development teams and led key projects like enhancing internal systems and developing a transactional banking app. Currently, Ronnie serves as Digital Interface Lead at Adhara, focusing on building a comprehensive Design System Library to streamline processes and maintain high UX/UI standards. They hold a degree in Information Technology from the Central University of Technology, Free State.
