Parul Singh is the founder of Parallel Minds, a neurodiversity consultancy dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent individuals. With a background in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Parul has held various roles in tech recruitment and community engagement, including positions as a Community Manager for The Talent Community and as a Recruitment Marketing Partner at xDesign. Parul also serves as a Union Rep and Disability Officer, emphasizing advocacy and support for marginalized groups. An experienced keynote speaker, Parul has presented at several major tech events and continues to be actively involved in various initiatives aimed at promoting neurodiversity in the workplace.
