David Tsur has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. David founded ADHDoTECH in 2022 and currently serves as the Founder & Mentor. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Product Manager at NCR Corporation from 2021 to 2022. From 2013 to 2021, they held multiple positions at Sapiens, including Product Manager and Senior System Analyst, where they specialized in CRM, claim management, and policy and technical accounting products. Before that, they worked as a Business Analyst at IDIT from 2011 to 2013 and as a Web System Analyst at Pelephone from 2009 to 2011. David also has experience as a System and Implementation Analyst at Amdocs from 2008 to 2010, as a Full Time Honors MBA Student at Ben-Gurion University from 2006 to 2007, and as an Integration System Analyst and Testing Team Leader at Amdocs from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they worked as a Team Leader & Automated Testing and QA Engineer, Big Data project at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps from 2002 to 2004, and as a Software Tester at Elbit from 2001 to 2002.
David Tsur earned an Honors MBA in International Marketing & Business from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2007. David then obtained a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University between 1999 and 2003. In 2020, they completed a Product Management 101 program at Give & Tech. In terms of additional certifications, David received a Critical Thinking and Problem Solving certification from LinkedIn in 2022 and participated in a Product Mentoring program at Give & Tech in 2021.

Our mission is to create a world where individuals with ADHD can fully participate and thrive in the hi-tech industry. We believe that neurodiversity brings a unique perspective to the workplace and can lead to innovative solutions and creativity. At ADHDoTech, we offer a range of programs and services to support individuals with ADHD in their career development. These include our unique mentoring program, Manger Workshop, and supporting app (in DEV). We also work closely with employers to promote awareness of ADHD and the benefits of hiring neurodiverse talent. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are passionate about helping individuals with ADHD succeed. We understand that each person has unique needs, and we tailor our services to meet those needs.
