Harmen Westerduin

Harmen Westerduin is an accomplished entrepreneur and volunteer with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as a Volunteer & Entrepreneur at Mercy Ships since September 2021, Westerduin has a longstanding tenure at Westerduin Groep, which oversees three companies focused on team building and talent management. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include Westerduin Personeel, an employment agency in technical and administrative fields, and the founding of Stichting Improve, aimed at making dental care accessible globally. Other initiatives involve SkillsCV, Adhocdocent, TopShore, Westerduin Talent, and Westerduin Advies, all of which emphasize talent guidance, education, and organizational coaching. Westerduin also contributed to ICP Europe as a board member, and previously held the position of district manager at USG People from 2001 to 2007.
