In early 2021, along with a passionate team, we launched Adhyaapan (www.adhyaapan.org) - an education organization to provide interdisciplinary, real-life application based and career focused learning for students between grades 7-10.  Our flagship program is the Learning Transformation Program where we teach academic curriculum aligned Science, Math and Social Science sessions with the above elements.  The sessions can be conducted in a bilingual fashion or in the regional language, if needed, to leave no student behind.   

Our Learning Transformation Program will help students to kindle their curiosity, know about and learn from applications of concepts they study at school and become aware of various career roles (within and beyond STEAM) associated with these applications. We believe that the first step to bridge the industry-academia gap is to provide awareness of the industry - how it uses academic concepts, how does it need you to think, what careers are out there etc., at a young age, so the students can transform the way the learn, know why they are learning these concepts, know how to apply the knowledge, start to target certain roles (or become entrepreneurs) and start accruing career capital along the way. We believe in keeping the fire of curiosity alive in students, transforming the way they consume knowledge by promoting learning for what it has always been meant to be. Our sessions (online and in-person) include sessions from our in-house educators and industry experts as well. 

Our dream is to transform education and learning and hopefully one day nurture a curious next generation all around the world. In today's world of ChatGPT, there are answers everywhere only waiting for the right questions to be asked.
