Michael Mitchell

Michael Mitchell has extensive work experience in compliance consulting and financial services. Michael is the President and co-founder of ADI Compliance Consulting, Inc., where they specialize in Fair Lending, HMDA, CRA, and BSA/AML compliance for financial institutions. Michael also owns Person to Person Quality, a division of ADI. Prior to this, Michael was the owner of S&FA Capital Services, which merged into ADI in 2002. Michael began their career as a Special Assistant to U.S. Senator Dennis DeConcini. Michael Mitchell held executive positions at State and Federal Associates, where they served as EVP and Executive Vice President.

Michael Mitchell attended Arizona State University from 1974 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History. Following that, they pursued their legal education at The George Washington University Law School from 1980 to 1984, obtaining a JD degree and specializing in Law.
