It’s almost a certainty that you know someone suffering from a mental health disorder. 

Anxiety is the most common mental health disorder affecting more than 18% of the adult population in the US. That’s more than 45,000,000 Americans. And nearly two-thirds of this population also suffers from depression of another type of mental health disorder, and typically other physical medical illnesses, which complicates treatment - and making them less likely to follow their treatment plan to get the help they need. What's the unfortunate result? Suicide rates are rising; it is now thought to be the second leading cause of death for Americans between 10 and 34.
