Andy Conway is currently the Director of Internal Controls North America at adidas, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Andy served as the Senior Manager for Internal Controls and Risk Prevention for eCommerce at adidas and worked as the Profit Protection Manager for North Europe from 2015 to 2020. Their earlier experience includes multiple roles at Marks and Spencer, where Andy progressed from Data Intelligence Manager to Loss Prevention Manager from 2006 to 2008. Andy also served as a Professional Soldier in the 1st Battalion The Parachute Regiment from 1992 to 1995 and held various security-related positions during their time at Sabrewatch Security Services from 1995 to 2000. Andy completed a College Certificate in Sports Studies at Stand College in 1991.
