Cara Howell has extensive experience in facilities management, holding leadership positions in various organizations since 1990. At Baxter, Cara served as Manager of Facilities from 1990 to 2001. Following this, positions included Regional Manager of Facilities at J.D. Edwards and National Facilities Manager at The Nielsen Company. Contract work as Manager of Strategic Sourcing occurred at CB Richard Ellis in mid-2006. Cara then worked at RR Donnelley as Manager of Facilities & Services from November 2006 to July 2012, before taking on a Manager role in Facilities at SCIEX from 2012 to 2019. Subsequently, Cara joined Aramark Canada as Manager of Corporate Services from 2020 to June 2023, and currently serves as Senior Leader for Workplaces at adidas since June 2023.
