Charles Chege has amassed significant experience in retail and customer service over a career spanning more than a decade. Beginning as a Retail Sales Assistant at Nairobi Sport House from June 2010 to May 2012, Charles achieved sales goals by exceeding key performance indicators and significantly increasing sales through effective client assistance and merchandise display strategies. Following this, a role as Retail Sales Supervisor at Woolworth Collection from June 2012 to January 2014 involved merchandising and customer service. Currently, since February 2014, Charles serves as a Customer Service Representative at adidas, focusing on welcoming and assisting customers. Academically, Charles holds a Diploma in ICT from the Institute of Advanced Technology, obtained in 2011.
