Clint McGowen

Clint McGowen possesses extensive experience in global mobility and employment, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Cross-Border Employment at adidas since May 2017, after a tenure as Manager in the same department. Previously, Clint worked at Equus Software as a Client Solutions Manager, focusing on client relationships within the global mobility sector. A significant portion of Clint's career was spent at Wood Group, where roles included Global Mobility Manager, Manager of Global Mobility & Tax, and Global Mobility Advisor, contributing to cost-saving initiatives and comprehensive expatriate support. Earlier experience includes positions at the International Mission Board and KPMG, where Clint developed skills in expatriate tax and educational program management. Clint holds a Master’s in Global Development and Justice from Multnomah University and a BBA in International Business from Oklahoma Baptist University.
