Elisa Payer

Elisa Payer is a Senior Footwear Designer at Adidas, where they focus on impactful design to inspire others and further humanity. With extensive experience as an independent designer working with notable brands such as NGGH++ and YEEZY, Elisa has also held design consultant roles at RHUDE and YEEZY. Prior internships in footwear design and product design have helped shape their career, including positions at Under Armour and Mattel, Inc. Elisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Academy of Art University and has served as a guest instructor at Designskolen Kolding.
