Felix Lee

Felix Lee is an experienced professional with a strong background in materials governance, project management, and operational strategy, currently serving as the Director of Materials Governance & Process Management at adidas since September 2022. In this role, Felix develops and leads supplier strategy frameworks, fosters stakeholder engagement, and drives process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Tesco as a Technology Change Project Manager and Business Change Program Manager, where Felix focused on governance, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Felix also spent a decade at Amazon in various management roles, overseeing operations for Private Brands and inventory planning, and has a foundation in sales and engineering from positions at Burberry and National Grid. Felix holds an MEng in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from UCL.
