Frank Castro has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Frank started their career at C3i Solutions as a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician, where they trained and mentored Level 1 technicians and monitored escalation activities. Frank also served as a Subject Matter Expert, building an extensive knowledge base for a client and providing training to Level 1 technicians. Frank then joined adidas as a Helpdesk Analyst, where they provided hardware and software support, managed user accounts, and logged incidents in the ticketing system. Frank currently holds the position of Information Technology Team Lead at adidas.
Frank Castro earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University from 2001 to 2004. Frank also obtained an Associate degree in Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from County College of Morris between 1998 and 2000. In 2018, Frank obtained a certification in Network+ from CompTIA. Additionally, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a degree in MIS Network Administrator at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers - Wilkes-Barre.
