Franziska Wild

Franziska Wild has a robust background in human resources, beginning with an internship at Siemens Corporate Technology in 2014. Following this, Franziska gained experience at adidas Group from September 2015 to September 2017 as a Working Student in HR Global Sales. Moving to adidas, Franziska held several roles, including Assistant Manager HR, Labor Relations Manager, Specialist Workforce Administration, and Team Coordinator for HR Services, ultimately advancing to Senior Manager HR in the HR4HR department, a position held until June 2023. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Law from the University of Applied Science Hof and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
