Hoa Ly

Hoa Ly has a extensive work experience in the footwear and apparel industry, primarily with adidas. They began their career with adidas Salomon North America in 1997 as a Finance Specialist, and later transitioned to roles in Footwear Product Costing and Footwear Planning. In 2002, they joined adidas Sourcing Limited, China as the Head of Costing Footwear China and later became the Head of Footwear Planning and Projects. In 2005, they moved to adidas Sourcing Limited where they served as the Head of Footwear Sourcing Operations & Strategy. Hoa then joined adidas as a Sourcing Director for Footwear and Chief Representative in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. They later held roles as VP of Product Operation for various sports categories and as the Senior Vice President of Apparel Sourcing. Currently, Hoa works at adidas as the Executive Vice President of Global Sourcing.

Hoa Ly earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from Portland State University, from 1993 to 1997. In 2020, Hoa Ly also obtained a certification titled "Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking" from LinkedIn.
