İrem Önal

İrem Önal is the Senior Human Resources Director at Adidas Türkiye, where they lead HR initiatives that combine strategic business partnering with sustainable growth. Previously, İrem held various HR leadership roles at Reckitt and Danone, focusing on talent management, employer branding, and organizational development. They have experience in HR transformation projects, M&A studies, and have successfully driven change agendas in previous positions. İrem completed a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology at Koç University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Additionally, İrem is a part-time academician at Mef University, teaching courses in leadership, organizational behavior, and social psychology.
