Ivy Stratton is currently the Director of Color Management at Adidas, where they lead color-related initiatives. Previously, Ivy held the position of Director of Tech. Color at J.Crew from 2004 to 2021, overseeing color development and production for multiple brands. Earlier in their career, Ivy worked at The Jones Group Inc. as a Production/Design Assistant from 2001 to 2003 and as a Design Coordinator at Tommy Hilfiger from 2000 to 2001, where they managed color libraries and support production processes. Ivy studied Fashion Marketing and Merchandising at Berkeley College-Woodland Park and attended Richmond, The American International University in London in 2000.
