Javier Arias

Javier Arias is the Global Director of Membership Partnerships at adidas, where they lead the global partnership strategy for the Membership Program with a focus on member acquisition and engagement. Previously, Javier served as Managing Director of Strategic Alliances at LATAM Airlines, overseeing commercial relationships across multiple regions and representing the airline on the oneworld Management Board. Javier began their career at LAN Airlines, where they held various roles, including Strategic Alliances Manager and Director of Strategic Alliances. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
